The oratorio, based on the symphonic poem’s music and performed by a choir, a narrator, and a symphonic orchestra, features texts written by Evgeny Atsapkin.
The choir adds grandeur and majesty to the symphonic orchestra’s powerful sound, while the choral texts provide a deeper insight into the biblical story.
This allows listeners to experience the events of the Old Testament alongside the characters of the oratorio.
