Ruhama Berliner

Born in Israel, she holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and a master’s degree in Israel Studies and Archaeology from Bar-Ilan University.

Ms. Berliner has published three articles about zodiac signs in Israel’s synagogues.

In the Jewish world, the concept of creation is one of the foundational elements of verbal and material culture, appearing in Midrashim, liturgical poems, and symbols from the Talmudic period. This concept is at the core of Ms. Berliner’s research, accounting for her substantial contribution to the project. Additionally, she is responsible for liaising with Jewish communities during the project’s tours around the world.

Ms. Berliner is the wife of Baruch Berliner and his muse, for whom he has composed musical works and written thousands of poems. She has been an active participant in Baruch Berliner’s Genesis International Project since its inception in 2010.
