A ballet troupe from Kyrgyzstan had a successful tour in Cheboksary

The performance of the Kyrgyz ballet at the XXVII International Ballet Festival, which is held from March 3 to April 9 in the city of Cheboksary, was a huge success and caused a storm of applause from the audience. The organizers of the event reported this.

According to them, the annual celebrationof choreographic art has become a real national treasure of the Chuvash Republic. Over the course of eight evenings, the Cheboksary audience was shown the best performances and concert programs of leading theaters in Russia and abroad.

“Our artists presented a sensational world premiere and a great Kyrgyz work – the ballet “Genesis” by Baruch Berliner and “Mother’s Field” by Kalyi Moldobasanov. Kyrgyzstan can be proud of our Terpsichore servants, who showed a worthy performance and were among the best,” the organizers said in a statement.
